caddy’s is a newer restaurant in Lehi, Utah on the main street to Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain. Inside of the newly built All About gas station, Scaddy’s is home to not only burgers but a Taco Time as well. So why was BurgerVoice at Scaddy’s? am happy to say that the folks at HuffingtonPost have outdone themselves this time. The Barbecue Whisperer has written an amazing and insightful article called Hamburger Heaven in which he offers an overview of the different species of hamburger.
